Keystone Corporation Endorses Adriana Guzmán Fralick for Nevada Attorney General

Nevada’s oldest pro-business advocacy organization backs the candidate committed to the rule of law, government accountability, and a business climate worth protecting

LAS VEGAS, NV — Keystone Corporation, Nevada’s leading pro-business political advocacy organization, is proud to announce its endorsement of Adriana Guzmán Fralick for Nevada Attorney General.

For more than 30 years, Keystone Corporation has stood at the forefront of Nevada’s economic and political landscape, advocating for policies that protect free enterprise, reduce government overreach, and keep Nevada open for business. The Attorney General’s office is not a peripheral concern for Nevada’s business community — it is a central one. The person who holds that office shapes how laws are enforced, how regulations are applied, how public records are handled, and whether the rule of law is honored or weaponized. That is why this endorsement matters, and that is why Adriana Guzmán Fralick is the right choice.

Adriana’s record speaks for itself. She has served as Legal Counsel to the Nevada Commission on Ethics, General Counsel to Governor Jim Gibbons, Assistant General Counsel to the Public Utilities Commission, and Executive Secretary to both the Nevada Gaming Control Board and the Nevada Gaming Commission. She later served as Chief Deputy District Attorney for Carson City before being appointed as the capital city’s Deputy City Manager. She is also a small business owner and most recently served as Chairwoman of the Nevada Cannabis Compliance Board.

This is not a candidate who would be learning on the job. Adriana Guzmán Fralick has operated inside Nevada’s legal and regulatory framework at the highest levels for decades. She understands the machinery of state government because she has run parts of it.

Her policy positions reflect the values Nevada’s business community depends on. She is committed to rolling back the failed provisions of AB 236 — legislation passed in 2019 that weakened criminal penalties, raised the felony theft threshold above even California’s, and has hamstrung prosecutors and undermined law enforcement ever since. Soft-on-crime policy is not a social abstraction for Nevada employers. It shows up in employee safety, property loss, and the overall quality of the communities where businesses operate and workers live. Adriana has pledged to fix it.

She will also take an aggressive stance against drug trafficking — particularly fentanyl — and will work to ensure that traffickers face the full force of the law rather than the reduced penalties that current statute allows. She will back law enforcement with the resources and legal support that officers need to do their jobs effectively, and she will oppose sanctuary city policies that put communities at risk.

Perhaps most relevant to Nevada’s business community is her commitment to government transparency. As a former legal counsel to several state agencies, Adriana was directly responsible for enforcing open meeting, ethics, and public records laws. She has pledged to run the most open Attorney General’s office in state history and to hold the legislature to the same transparency standards it imposes on everyone else — closing the self-serving exemptions that lawmakers have used to shield themselves from accountability. For businesses and trade associations that rely on open government to do their work, that commitment is not a talking point. It is a structural protection.

Adriana Guzmán Fralick has also earned the endorsement of Governor Joe Lombardo — a signal that her candidacy is aligned with the pro-growth, pro-rule-of-law direction Nevada has pursued under his administration. Keystone Corporation is proud to stand alongside that coalition.

Nevada is experiencing a historic economic moment, and the integrity of the office that enforces its laws must match the ambition of its growth. Adriana came to Nevada the right way, shaped by a deep appreciation for what this state and this country represent, and she has spent her entire career serving both. She is ready to bring that same commitment to the Nevada Attorney General’s office and fight every day for the Nevada that Keystone’s members have spent decades building.

Keystone Corporation urges Nevada’s voters to support Adriana Guzmán Fralick for Attorney General.
